Meth Discovered Following Arrest for Traffic Violations

police-lightsMarshall County authorities have arrested a Claypool man after a suspended driving arrest led to the discovery of methamphetamine.

According to a report of the incident, a traffic stop was conducted on Sunday afternoon on U.S. 30 after a pickup truck was allegedly hauling a utility trailer without a license plate. The driver, identified as 50-year-old Kevin Bradley, was accused by Sheriff’s Deputies of driving with his license suspended.

The vehicle was impounded as a result. A search was conducted following the impoundment with methamphetamine allegedly located inside the truck.

Bradley is now facing charges, including: Driving While Suspended and Possession of Methamphetamine. Additional traffic violations have been recommended to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s office such as Operating without Financial Responsibility, False and Fictitious Registration, and No Registration Plate.

Bradley was booked into the Marshall County Jail on Sunday following his arrest.
