Illegal Needles Found During Traffic Stop

Plymouth Police say that one charge led to another during a Thursday morning traffic stop.

Officers say the Ford F150 driven by 46-year-old Thomas Hardy and 30-year-old Ava Strieter had an expired license plate. A quick records check revealed that the vehicle was being driven with a suspended license.

Due to the nature of the traffic stop, Plymouth Police employed the services of K9 Jax around the truck. Drug paraphernalia was allegedly located with the passenger.

Both were taken into custody. Charges of Driving while Suspended and Illegal Possession of Syringes have been filed against the pair.
