PLYMOUTH — On the morning of July 27, at 1:20 am, a Plymouth Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on Michigan Street near Elliott Ave for a moving violation.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 54-year-old Jose R. Calix-Berrios of Plymouth. Calix-Berrios was found to have never been issued a driver’s license with a prior conviction and was taken into custody.

On July 27 at 12:38 a.m. Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Rogue traveling west on W Jefferson St. for failure to maintain a lane.
The driver, Ismael Fernando Rodriguez Mejia, 43, of Plymouth, was found to be operating the vehicle without ever obtaining a valid driver’s license.
Rodriguez Mejia was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County jail, where he was issued a court date and a bond.

On July 26 at 10:57 a.m., a vehicle being driven by Sandro Lazaro Arroyo was stopped for a traffic infraction. Arroyo was found to have never received a driver’s license. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

PLYMOUTH — On July 23 at 1:08 a.m., Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of 1316 Dora Lane for a report of a public disturbance.
Upon arriving on the scene, Police located Keegan N. Burt, 19, of Knox outside of the apartment, arguing with a woman. It was reported that Burt had been consuming alcohol and had smashed the bottle on the sidewalk. Burt was arrested for Minor in Possession/Consuming Alcohol and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.

PLYMOUTH — On July 20 at approximately 1:35 a.m., Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Seventh St. near Harrison St.
The driver of the vehicle, Deybi J Herrera, 27, of Plymouth, was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Herrera was also charged with operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a valid driver’s license.
Herrera was transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

PLYMOUTH — On July 18 at 12:59 p.m., a vehicle being driven by Linda E. Turcious Martinez was stopped for a traffic infraction.
She was found to have never obtained a driver’s license. She was lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

On July 20 at 4:10 p.m., a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle at the intersection of Walnut and Adams for disregarding a stop sign.
The driver was found to have a Honduran ID only and no valid driver’s license.
The driver was identified as Jose Escobar Rodriguez of Elkhart. He was detained and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed.
