Plymouth Police Department officersvarrested several people as a result of response to various calls.
Plymouth Police were called to the Red Rock Inn Saturday, January 13 for an unknown disturbance. On the scene, officers detained and transported Cierna Garcon to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of battery and criminal mischief.
Plymouth Police stopped a vehicle with expired plates on W. Harrison St. Sunday, January 14.
It was reportedly found that the driver, Michael Walters, 40 of Wyoming, MI, was driving on a suspended license and he was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of W. Jefferson St., Serenity Place Apartments, Monday, January 15 for a report of a domestic disturbance. On arrival, officers found Julia Langley, 39 of Rochester, and Tabitha Uylacki-Back outside of their rooms arguing, according to the report.
Both allegedly stated that they were in a physical altercation and were taken to the Marshall County Jail for domestic battery.
Formal charges will be determined in each case by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Marshall County Commissioners Approve Community Crossings Matching Grant Program Application
The Marshall County Commissioners approved a request from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters Tuesday morning concerning the projects listed in the first round of the Community Crossings Matching Grant Program.
