Two Plymouth residents were killed Monday in a crash on the Ohio Turnpike. WTOL-TV reports that Refugio Nunez-Pena, 39, of Plymouth, was driving a passenger vehicle westbound in Fulton County, Ohio, when an eastbound tractor-trailer traveled across the median and hit the vehicle head-on.
