Plymouth Man Arrested for Sunday Morning Strangulation Incident
A Plymouth man has been arrested after Police say he strangled an individual who eventually reported the incident.
Officers got the call around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, but were apparently unaware of what had occurred. The Plymouth Police Department said there was a language barrier that prevented an understanding of the call.

Visitation is Monday, July 27 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home in Plymouth and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. New Charges Filed Against Convicted Murderer, Child Molester
A convicted murderer and child molester is back in jail after his arrest yesterday at a public library in Indianapolis. Richard Dobeski, 67, was picked up on a LaPorte County warrant for four counts of failure to register as a sex offender. All are Level 6 felonies, which carry a penalty of between 6 months and 2.5 years in prison. A failure to register charge will also be filed in Marion County, according to officials with the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Department. Dobeski was released last week from the Indiana Department of Correction New Carlisle facility. Continue reading

Online Hacking Is On The Rise
Sensitive information in your email account may be at risk. Hackers are accessing personal info by using misleading text messages as well as spy apps. “Spy apps” are designed to help parents keep track of their children or reduce the likelihood of infidelity in relationships however some people misuse them to access your email, text messages, call logs and even your current location. Unfortunately these apps are hard to detect and run invisibly in the background, fortunately there must be a physical installation. So as long as you know and trust anyone who has access to your phone, this is not something you should be worried about.
