The Culver Town Council considered the third reading of a revised ordinance that designates an area within the town as an Economic Development Target Area.
The Economic Development Target Area would include the Dunes/Beachview Expansion Area, Subway Expansion Area, and Northwest Storage Expansion Area project.
Council members Bill Cleavenger, Dana Neer, Ginny Bess Munroe, and Sally Ricciardi voted in favor of a motion to approve the third and final reading of the revised ordinance, while council member Bill Githens opposed the motion.
