The Marshall County Council members met in a special meeting Tuesday afternoon to approve the East Shore Conservancy District budget for 2024.
The budget was approved by the East Shore Conservancy Board October 6 and then it was advertised. The council had to consider formal adoption of the budget Tuesday afternoon.
The budget was advertised at $291,380 with an adopted tax levy of $40,000, and a tax rate of .0204.
There was no further discussion on the budget.
The Marshall County Council unanimously approved the budget as it was advertised.
