Plymouth Redevelopment Commission Approves Resolution that Amends Economic Development Plan

The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission reviewed a resolution last week that would amend the Economic Development Plan for the U.S. 30/Pine Road Economic Development Area, or TIF #3.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi said the resolution supports PIDCO’s development of future building projects in the TIF District. There was nothing specific noted in the resolution.

There is also the authorization of $60,000 in support of the developments over a two-year period.

The resolution was unanimously approved by the commission members.  It will now be considered by the Plymouth Plan Commission and the Plymouth City Council.  Upon the successful passage of the document by those two bodies, it will go back to the Redevelopment Commission for a public hearing and the confirmation of the resolution.
