PLYMOUTH — The Tippecanoe-Wythougan Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) are celebrating the arrival and display of Hometown Heroes Banners to be hung in downtown Plymouth and River Park Square in time for Memorial Day.

Chapter DAR Service to Veterans Chair, Helen Johnson, invited the public to a ceremony on Friday at 3:30 p.m. in River Park Square.

Johnson said, “This DAR Military and Veteran Banner Program has given the City of Plymouth an opportunity to honor and showcase the members of the military and veterans; some of whom may no longer be with us. Patriotism is in my blood, and this is just one way to recognize these great men and women who made a sacrifice for us all.”
