The Marshall County tax certificate sale is set for Wednesday, March 30 at 10 a.m. ET where 18 properties are featured.
Marshall County Auditor Julie Fox explained to the Marshall County Commissioners last week that SRI will be conducting the sale and anything not sold will be put in the commissioners’ name. There will be a period of 120 days for redemption.
County Attorney Jim Clevenger said there could be adjoining land owners or municipalities that may take some parcels. Fox noted that four parcels may fall into that particular situation.
The sale will be held in the Marshall County Building in Room 206 at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
