The Marshall County Commissioners agreed to hold a tax sale to sell several properties that did not sell in the fall tax sale.
Auditor Julie Fox said that 19 properties did not sell and they will be up on the commissioners tax sale. She said several residents have indicated interest in purchasing the properties on the commissioners tax sale. Fox added that the properties have met the legal requirements to be on the sale.
The commissioners approved a resolution to move forward with SRI to hold the commissioners tax sale on Wednesday, March 30.
