Culver residents looking to get rid of a few items may do so in two events recently set by the Culver Town Council.
The town-wide yard sale and the town clean-up day are usually held in the spring, but they were postponed this year due to concerns surrounding COVID-19.
The town-wide yard sale event will be held July 16-18 which will be held at the same time as the Flea Market sale.
The council also agreed to hold one clean-up day the following Saturday so residents can clear homes from unwanted items. The event will be Saturday, July 25. Items may be disposed of in the town-owned parking lot on Lakeshore Drive in front of the water tower.
There are a few items that will NOT be accepted including paint, tires or hazardous waste.
