The Town of Bourbon may soon declare a public health emergency. The town council will meet in an emergency session Monday to consider a resolution declaring the emergency.
Marshall County enacted a similar resolution Friday. The Bourbon Town Council has already taken action to restrict public access to certain town facilities.
Monday’s emergency town council meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. at Bourbon Town Hall. Attendance will be limited to a total of 10 people. Town officials plan to stream the meeting on the Town of Bourbon Facebook page.
