Part of Bremen to Experience Power Outage Saturday Morning for Utility Pole Replacement

Some Bremen residents may be without power for a few hours Saturday morning. The outage will affect the area around Woodies Lane, south of Jane’s Park, according to a post on the Bremen Police Department Facebook page. The outage is expected to start around 8:00 a.m. and last for two to three hours.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents of a phone scam. In a post to the Marshall County Central Dispatch Facebook page Wednesday, officials said they’ve been getting complaints about someone calling residents and telling them they have a tax warrant through Marshall County.

Marshall County Prosecutor Says at Least 15 Abandoned Dogs Found Near Dixon Lake
