The Marshall County Election Board discussed several important dates last week for voters to note in the upcoming May Primary Election.
The last day to register to vote is Monday, April 6. You can register to vote at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office, at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, or online at www.indianavoters.com.
The first day of early voting is Tuesday, April 7 in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office. Absentee ballots may be cast Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The last day to vote absentee in the clerk’s office is Monday, May 4 by noon.
Two satellite voting locations will be open for early voting on Saturday, April 25 and Saturday, May 2 at the Culver Schools Administration Building and at the Bremen Town Hall from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. those days.
The Absentee Travel Board will begin collecting votes on April 16.
The May Primary Election Day is Tuesday, May 5.
