The Marshall County Commissioners voted Monday to extend an offer of employment to one of the four candidates recently interviewed for the Human Resources Administrator position.
Commissioner Michael Burroughs made the motion to extend the offer to Ann Anglin which was passed with a unanimous vote.
Commission President Kevin Overmyer noted that all of the candidates were strong and it was a tough decision to make.
If Anglin accepts the job, she will begin training with Tori Stull on Dec. 2. The county council approved a request from Overmyer last week to transfer funds to cover part-time pay during training.
The new HR Administrator will begin full-time duties on Jan. 1.
