The Marshall County Council members took action Monday morning to adopt the 2020 budget.
Auditor Julie Fox commented that the General Fund is at $13,303,289 while special funds make up about $13.8 million. The total budget is $27,695,300.
The council members also approved the Marshall County Solid Waste budget for 2020 which totals $357,910.
The budgets will be sent to the Department of Local Government Finance for review.
