Culver Town Council to Meet Tonight

The Culver Town Council members will meet tonight where they will hold a public hearing concerning a disannexation request from Cord Associates.

The property on Cass Street in Culver was annexed into the town limits to accommodate plans for a childcare facility at that location, however plans fell through and now the owners want to finalize paperwork to return that land back to the county taxing district.

The Culver Town Council members are also anticipated to approve an interlocal agreement for the Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Community Designation Initiative.  A regional Stellar plan update is expected along with an update of projects in Culver’s Stellar Community Designation plan.

Regular reports from department heads and Town Attorney Jim Clevenger will round out tonight’s meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
