The renovation plans for the Culver Beach Lodge are on track, according to Culver Town Manager Jonathan Leist.
He reminded the Town Council members Tuesday night that he met with Mosiac Builders in January to finalize input on the layout, alternate bids and other items in the bidding documents. The bids for the project will be opened during the Culver Town Council meeting on March 28.
Project plans call for renovations on each floor that should include new drywall, flooring, electrical components, heating, cooling and plumbing. A new corridor and entryway will be featured. A new stairway is planned as well as an elevator and other improvements to make the building ADA compliant.
Construction aspects may vary to accommodate the summer season.
