The Marshall County Commissioners considered the dedication of the right-of-way easement in the West Shore Drive area north of the public launch in Culver.
Attorney Janette Surrisi said there is just a small area that abuts the West Shore Drive that is being considered at this time. According to Building Commissioner Chuck DeWitt, bits and pieces of six parcels would be combined into three at W. Shore Drive and bring it into today’s standards. He told the commissioners this paperwork cleans up that area and as the pieces of land are sold more action may need to be taken.
The commissioners unanimously accepted the dedication of the right-of-way in the West Shore Drive area in Culver.
The Culver Plan Commission members last week approved the dedication of the plat.
