The Bremen Town Council members will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 2 for the annexation of property north of Bremen.
Bremen Director of Operations Trend Weldy said Southwire plans to expand operations at that proposed location.
“The property is between State Road 331 and Elm Road in Bremen, and Southwire purchased that property,” explained Weldy. “We will be holding a public hearing for annexation on May 2 on that property at 6 p.m. If anyone wants to hear what’s happening, has a complaint or comment, the public hearing will be held for people to voice their opinions.”
The public hearing will be held at the Bremen Town Hall.
