Well water samples need to be returned today by 8:30 a.m.
The Marshall County Health Department is offering this free service to those who have experienced flood damage. Health Administrator Christine Stinson says flooding around a well can contaminate the well water and the casing of the well. That can lead to viruses and bacteria that could lead to illnesses.
The water sample bottle must be returned to the closest drop-off site before 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20. Samples can be taken to the Marshall County Health Department at 510 W. Adams St. in Plymouth, Argos Clerk’s Office at 201 W. Walnut, or Bremen Town Hall at 111 S. Center St.
