A Few Slots Remain For KVB Michigan Trip

Ed HasnerlTime is running out to make your reservations for the Kankakee Valley Broadcasting trip to Holland, Mich. May 4-7 to enjoy the beauty of the Tulip Festival. WKVI Travel Coordinator Ed Hasnerl says that’s just one of the exciting adventures he’s got planned.

“Several people have talked to me about going to the Henry Ford Museum and eating dinner in an auto baron’s home – Edsel Ford, Edsel and Eleanor Ford’s home,” Hasnerl said. “It’s a wonderful home full of antiques and art, besides having dinner there.”

Travelers will also visit a Ford production line and watch F-150 trucks be made before heading west to Saugatuck. The itinerary that leg of the journey includes a dune buggy ride on the dunes, meals and shows. One is “Three Guys With 30 Instruments” and another is “Dazzle”and features various types of musical performances, including an orchestra, a jazz band and choirs.
