ARGOS — On Wednesday night, the Argos Town Council held its last meeting in July and on the agenda was an amendment to the Lot Coverage Zoning section of the town’s zoning ordinance.
The Culver Town Council will consider updating the zoning designation for a local business during tonight’s meeting. Elizabeth’s Garden at 104 North Plymouth Street sits on land that’s zoned for residential development. A revised plan to issue permit fees has received an initial nod from the Culver Town Council.

A bit of extra consideration has led the Marshall County Commissioners to approve an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Plymouth.
The contract was tabled at the Commissioner’s previous meeting. Under the agreement, Plymouth financially compensates the County for the use of their Planning and Zoning services. Continue reading →
Culver could soon welcome a new medical office to the community.

A business looking to expand its seating and kitchen space in Culver saw the initial proposal changed on Tuesday night.
The Culver Town Council took an ordinance to first reading that would change the zoning designation of Papa’s Pizza from C-2 to C-1. The designation typically specifies commercial land. The difference is that a C-1 district does not having parking requirements for each unit of seating. Continue reading →
The Culver Town Council held a Public Hearing for two businesses looking to have a change in zoning.
