Continue readingThe Plymouth School Board approved the 2018-2019 school calendar when it met Tuesday. Superintendent Andy Hartley said the biggest change is that the school year will start a little later. Students’ first day of class will be August 8, while the last day will be May 31, 2019. Christmas break and spring break will each be two weeks long, while fall break will last one week.
The Plymouth School Board will start preparing for the 2018-2019 school year when it meets tonight. Next year’s school calendar will be up for approval, along with transfer student deadlines and class capacities.
The John Glenn School Board members Tuesday night took action to approve the 2018-2019 school calendar.
Session I summer school classes begin June 5 with session II beginning July 9. Online registration for classes opens Wednesday, Aug. 1 with in-person student registration on Thursday, Aug. 2 from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Classes begin on Tuesday, Aug. 14.
