The Marshall County Council discussed a change in the probation item in the 2017 salary ordinance.
Auditor Julie Fox explained that the chief probation officer retired thus adjusting the rate of pay.
Marshall County Council Reverses Overtime Eligibility Change
Several Marshall County employees will not become eligible for overtime pay tomorrow, after all. Changes at the federal level that were set to take effect December 1 would have required employees making less than about $47,000 to be eligible for overtime. Plymouth Continues Arrangements for Community Crossings Application
The City of Plymouth continues making some of the arrangements for its Community Crossings grant application. The state program provides matching funds for street projects. Plymouth Council to Discuss Salary Ordinances
Salary ordinances will be on the agenda when the Plymouth Common Council meets this evening.
Second and third readings will be held for an amendment to the 2016 salary ordinance to address the fire department’s work schedule, while an ordinance fixing salaries for Plymouth elected officials in 2016 will be brought to a first reading. Continue reading
