Lawyers with cases in Marshall County can now file many court documents electronically. Electronic filing is now an option for over 40 types of civil and criminal cases in Marshall Circuit and Superior Courts. It will become mandatory on Tuesday, November 28.

In Marshall Superior Court on Wednesday, 22-year-old Caleb Zachary Hollet of Argos was sentenced to a total of 10 years imprisonment at the Indiana Department of Correction for dealing methamphetamine as a Class B Felony and conspiracy to deal in methamphetamine as a Level 4 Felony.
