Marshall County Commissioners Hear Attorney Report, ACLU Lawsuit Dismissal Signed and Notice Prepared

MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Attorney Jim Clevenger updated the Marshall County Commissioners this week that the dismissal paperwork for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) lawsuit has been signed and notices have been prepared. That paperwork is still in a waiting period before it can be submitted to the judge for final approval of the dismissal agreement.

Commissioners Approve Grant Requests for Health Department

The Mobile Medical Unit will be at the Bremen High School Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. to offer childhood immunizations. MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters updated the Commissioners during their regular meeting Monday that a sharp increase in fuel costs of 40% to 44% will have an impact on road work this year. “With the increase in pricing of 40 to 44% this will most likely have a slight impact on our road program this year.”
