Hoosier Racing Tire Receives Governor’s Half Century Business Award
Hoosier Racing Tire is celebrating 60 years in business this year, and on Monday the company was honored by Governor Eric Holcomb. During a ceremony at the Statehouse, Holcomb recognized 34 Indiana businesses with the Governor’s Century or Half Century Business Award. IEDC Assesses North Central Indiana for Regional Cities Round Two Proposal
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation is taking some time to better understand how the Regional Cities implementation process is proceeding.
IEDC President Jim Schellinger stopped at Hoosier Racing Tire in Lakeville on Wednesday morning to meet with local economic development officials, and members of the Regional Development Authority Board.

Walorski Visiting Homegrown Businesses Today
U.S. Rep. Jackie Walorski’s “Made in Indiana” tour includes stops in Marshall, Pulaski and Starke Counties today. She’s visiting businesses throughout Indiana’s second congressional district to highlight their hard work and contributions to the state’s economy. Walorski will visit Hoosier Racing Tire in Lakeville and tour ITAMCO in Argos this morning before hearing to Rose Acre Farms in Francesville and American Oak Preserving Company in North Judson.
