Two men were arrested Halloween night after alleged threats were exchanged toward a single victim in downtown Plymouth.
Plymouth Police say an off-duty officer requested assistance on Michigan Street and Washington Street shortly after 7 p.m. after threats were exchanged and a weapon was brandished.
