Batten down the hatches, we’re in for a blustery day. A wind advisory is in effect until this evening for the entire MAX 98.3 FM listening area. Southwest winds to 30 miles per hour with gusts of between 45 and 50 are expected. Gusts may be higher in some areas. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially in high-profile vehicles like vans and box trucks. Scattered tree and power line damage is also possible.
