The Marshall County Council will meet tonight where they will reorganize and make board appointments for the year.
The council will also hear from Marshall County Commission President Stan Klotz about a funding request for the purchase of the Bowen Building. Highway Department Superintendent Jason Peters will also have a funding request.
An ordinance pertaining to additional appropriations, an ordinance concerning the encumbrance of 2024 funds for the 2025 budget year, and an ordinance amending the salary ordinance will be considered.
The Lebbin Law agreement for 2025 will be up for approval, as well as Lebbin Law and Cender Dalton invoices.
The Marshall County Council will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
