The Marshall County Commissioners will meet in special session today to address several topics to start off 2025.
The commissioners, Stan Klotz, Jesse Bohannon and Adam Faulstitch, will reorganize for the new year and will make 2025 appointments including department heads.
They will also take action to initiate a two-year moratorium on industrial solar, battery, data center, and carbon capture developments. They will also look to take action on the initiation of the purchase of the Bowen Building at 990 Illinois Street.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
