The Culver Town Council appointed Crystal Moss as the interim park superintendent following Amber Cowell’s resignation. Cowell’s last day was Friday, August 9 and the town council approved a proclamation that August 9 be deemed Amber Cowell Day to commend her dedicated service to the Town of Culver.
Moss served under Cowell as an assistant park superintendent.
The town continues to conduct a search for a new park superintendent.
Additionally, the council approved the hire of Steve Williams as a full-time EMT for the Culver-Union Township EMS service during their August 8 meeting. He has served as a part-time EMT for several years.
