Marshall County Commissioners to Meet Today

The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where they will discuss appointments to the Marshall County Tourism Board.

The commissioners will also open bids for Community Crossings Matching Grant funds and consider a grant agreement for approval.

Marshall County Council on Aging Executive Director Janis Jeffirs Holiday will have a quarterly report and present a 2025 INDOT application for consideration.

The commissioners will also hear from Thomas Kinnaird from Marshall County HOPE and Rick Thompson from the Marshall-Starke Development Center.

The commissioners will discuss a copier purchase for the Prosecutor’s Office, and a BZA alternate appointment.

Highway Department Superintendent Jason Peters, County Attorney Jim Clevenger, and Auditor Angie Birchmeier will present regular reports.

The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.

The commissioners will also hold a work session at 1 p.m. ET today to discuss jail repairs the same meeting room.
