The Culver Town Council members will hold a work session tonight to discuss the two-mile jurisdiction.
According to Culver Town Manager Kevin Danti, this session will be held to receive public feedback concerning the proposed extension of Culver’s zoning to two miles outside of existing corporate limits as suggested within the 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
He said the town would like to emphasize that this possible zoning extension is not annexing property but rather extending its zoning as laid out within Indiana State Code (36-7-4-205).

The Culver Town Council will meet at 5 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
