Plymouth Man Arrested for Operator Never Licensed

A Plymouth man was arrested Thursday, March 7 after Plymouth Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop for a driver who was reportedly speeding.

The vehicle was stopped in the area of North Street and Plum Street. During the investigation, police say it was determined that the driver, 26-year-old Emmanuel Flores, has never had a driver’s license.

He was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
