A driver was arrested Wednesday, March 6 after allegedly giving police false information when stopped in a traffic stop.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, 27-year-old Silver Mcvicker provided the wrong information in an attempt to hide the suspended status of her driver’s license.
After Mcvicker was properly identified, she was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of false informing and driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
