A driver reportedly found to be speeding on U.S. 31 in Marshall County was arrested Monday, Feb. 26.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, the driver, 27-year-old Dionicio Porfirio, of Indianapolis, was traveling at 94 mph in a 60 mph zone at 5:45 a.m. ET. Police say he has never obtained a driver’s license. He was arrested on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
