The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where they will consider the third reading of an ordinance that addresses the establishment of a Marshall County Tourism Commission.
The commissioners will also discuss solar.
Treasurer Kelly Einspahr will have a L&D Mail Masters agreement for consideration by the commissioners, along with Indiana Department of Revenue agreements, and an ordinance that pertains to not sufficient fund fees. She will also request extended hours during property tax collection time.
Plymouth Fire Chief Steve Holm will discuss water line access at the Marshall County Jail for the training facility.
Marshall County Council on Aging Executive Director Janis Jeffirs Holiday will have a quarterly report, and Dianna Weiss will discuss the Dustin’s Place Join the Journey 5K race.
The commissioners will also discuss an OCRA Marshall County Economic Development Corporation MicroLoan program letter.
Highway Department Superintendent Jason Peters, County Attorney Jim Clevenger and Auditor Angie Birchmeier will have regular reports.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 9:30 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
