The Culver Town Council will meet tonight where they will honor Dan Adams for his years of service on the Board of Zoning Appeals. He is retiring from that position.
The council will open a public hearing concerning an ordinance pertaining to the rezoning of certain property within the jurisdiction of the Town of Culver and its Two-Mile Boundary, specifically 16323 Redwood Road. The first reading of the ordinance will be considered after the public hearing.
The council will also review an ordinance that amends the town code regarding council meetings.
The council members will approve an appointment to the Culver Plan Commission. An update will also be given concerning The Dunes project.
Town Manager Kevin Danti, Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim, Town Attorney Sean Surrisi, and department heads will provide reports as necessary.
The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
