The Culver Town Council will meet tonight where the members will consider many resolutions for approval.
The council will look at a resolution that would approve a resolution of the Culver Plan Commission approving a resolution of the Culver Redevelopment Commission regarding amendments to the declaratory resolution and economic plan for the Culver Economic Development Area establishing a residential housing program and all related matters. A resolution of the Culver Economic Development Commission recommending the designation of an economic development target area in the Town of Culver will be reviewed.
Resolutions concerning the authorization for executive of INDOT agreement, a vacation transfer and the authorization of the transfer of funds within departments and funds will be considered.
The council will have the third reading of the 2024 salary ordinance and the second reading of the bond ordinance for the EDC/TIF Bonds. The first reading of an ordinance will be held that would designate an area within the town as an Economic Development Target Area.
Department heads will provide regular reports, as well as Town Manager Kevin Danti, Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim, and Town Attorney Jim Clevenger.
The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
