Plymouth Man Arrested on Suspicion of Domestic Battery

A Plymouth man was arrested Sunday night following an investigation by the Plymouth Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to the Economy Inn for a call of a female with a large gash on her forehead.  Police say both individuals in the room were intoxicated and it was determined that a domestic battery had occurred.

As a result, 45-year-old Tizhe Wesley Edgar McGee of Plymouth, received medical clearance at the hospital and was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a preliminary charge of domestic battery as a Level 6 Felony.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
