The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where a public hearing is scheduled concerning the on-site sewage systems ordinance. The commissioners will then consider the second reading of the ordinance following the hearing.
The commissioners will also hold the second reading of a building fee ordinance amendment.
Human Resources Administrator Jennifer Daake will present 2024 employee benefits insurance rates, a clinic services agreement, and the second reading of an ordinance that amends personnel policies.
Sheriff Matt Hassel will have quotes for new vehicles for 2024 and discuss a CHIRP grant agreement for 2024.
Shannon McLeod from Priority Project Resources will have an owner occupied rehabilitation project independent contractor agreement, while Marshall County Council on Aging Executive Director Janis Jeffirs Holiday will have her quarterly report and a claim for approval.
The commissioners will discuss a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Plymouth for building inspection services, an agreement with Griewank Electrical Inspection Services, and a HyperWave proposal for live streaming.
Highway Department Superintendent Jason Peters, County Attorney Jim Clevenger and Auditor Angie Birchmeier will have regular reports.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
