The Culver Town Council members will meet tonight where a public hearing will be held concerning the amendment of the application and improvement location permit fees. The first reading of the ordinance will be considered after the public hearing.
The second reading of the golf cart ordinance will be held, along with the third reading of an ordinance designating an area within the town as an Economic Development Target Area. The first reading of the 2024 salary ordinance will also be considered.
The Culver Community School Corporation will present a request to vacate an alley, and the town council will review the Town Marshal’s overtime and consider an extension.
An update will be given on The Dunes project.
Culver Town Manager Kevin Danti, Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim, and Town Attorney Jim Clevenger will have regular updates, as well as department heads as necessary.
The Culver Town Council will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
