Plymouth Man Arrested after Marshall County Traffic Stop

A Plymouth man was arrested Thursday, September 7 following a traffic stop in the area of Pine Road and U.S. 6 in Marshall County at 9:45 p.m. ET.

Police say the vehicle was occupied with three juveniles and one adult male, 18-year-old Glenn Manns of Plymouth.  During the traffic stop, officers reportedly found suspected psilocybin (mushrooms), marijuana, and other controlled substances inside the vehicle. 

Manns was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of a controlled substance with an enhancing circumstance applies, and possession of marijuana. 

The three juveniles were transported from the scene and released to their parents.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
