The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where they will hold a public hearing this morning on a fee amendment ordinance presented by Plan Director Ty Adley. The commissioners will also consider the third reading of an ordinance pertaining to the Adventura PUD.
Sam Williams from the Extension Office will have a copier request, while Surveyor Craig Cultice will present a professional services agreement.
The commissioners will discuss the establishment of a TIF District presented by the Culver Redevelopment Commission, make a Culver appointment to the Marshall County Tourism Board, and review a supplemental amendment to an agreement for professional services relating to opioid settlements. The county meeting, payroll and holiday schedules for 2024 will also be up for consideration.
The Marshall County Historical Society Museum Director Sandy Garrison and Mike Miley will provide an update, along with Weights and Measures Director Jerry Huss, Highway Department Superintendent Jason Peters, County Attorney James Clevenger, and Auditor Angie Birchmeier.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 9:30 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
