Resisting Police Leads to Arrest

Plymouth Police Department officers took an Argos man into custody Wednesday, August 2 at 11:35 p.m. ET for resisting law enforcement and intimidation.

Police say Harry Bobb, 36, of Argos, was spotted fleeing a residence after throwing a lit firework at a residence on North Walnut Street. Bobb reportedly fled officers on a bicycle before being apprehended near the intersection of W. Lake Avenue and Walnut Street.

Bobb was taken to the Marshall County jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. 

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
