Plymouth Police Find Stolen Vehicle, Driver Arrested

The Plymouth City Police Department was notified of a possible stolen vehicle traveling westbound on Jefferson Street in the area of Lincolnway East in Plymouth Friday, May 5 at 1:15 p.m. ET.

Police say the vehicle was located at the Red-D-Mart gas station and officers made contact with the driver, 22-year-old Jashawn Echols-Adell of Elkhart.  The vehicle was confirmed as stolen, according to the report.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of Echols-Adell on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while never licensed.  He later bonded out of the Marshall County Jail on a cash bond.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
